Wow I just skipped the entire month of May lol. It was my birthday in May too! Wow. Sorry for the MIA. Posting is hard during schoollll just got done with my hell week (why ECE department likes all their midterms in one week is beyond me) and not looking forward to exams in a month's time. Say hi to my new baby. =D I'm actually not a plant person; mom has too many of them lying around that I get pissed off when I see too many plants (lol). But this was so cuuuuute I couldn't resist buying it. Bamboos are low maintenance too; not much gardening skills needed to grow one.

...And, ok, fine, I bought it partially because it came in a nice vase LOL >_>

Adobe Photoshop CS3. I finally has it. I uninstalled CS2 and it freed up 4GB on my hard drive LOLWTF?!

I lied; I will post photos from my weak sauces eventually! My lovely (half) sister husband wife mom daughter... otherwise known as Cindy (LOL yes, we have a complicated relationship) recently got her new baby, the Rebel XS. I snagged it from her and snapped these test shots. We were both so noob that we didn't really know what half the functions were on the camera lol! She read the manual while I hit random buttons and eventually we figured out most of it lol. :) Check out her photo blog (link on the right side) for pictures she took with the same camera. =D

Hmm... I really want my own DSLR now. T_T

Taken in August 2006... yes, August, summer. Was up in the BC/Alberta glaciers (Canada). It was refreshing, wearing winter coats in the summer. It wasn't thaaat cold though probably coz I was hot before I got there. Woot environmentally friendly air conditioning. XD

I figured if I keep posting noob photos taken with cell phones none of y'all gonna take this blog and ~*My Photography*~ business seriously (lmao) so here's some more serious stuff. This is currently my wallpaper. LOOOOVE?? ♥♥

It seems like there should be something deep and profound about this image... a turtle... on a road... I'll leave the rest to your imagination. (But in reality, a result of me playing with the camera in the car and having nothing else to shoot but the turtle.)

Hehe, for any of you that know/remember my "A Day in November" photo, this is where it was shot. :)

Alright, time to 'fess up. I don't actually own a DSLR, sadly. These were taken November 2007 while I went on a "photo shoot day" in hopes of taking better photos. This camera was a Nikon D..30? (I can't remember) and it belonged to my friend. I'm really surprised I found postable images for the few minutes that this camera was in my hand. Never underestimate the power of spontaneous art. (A principle I should apply to my drawings, really... but I digress.)

Of course, for most of that day, I shot using my weak sauce point & shoot, and ended up with only one picture I liked. Most of you probably know that image if you follow my stuff, but if not, I'll probably post all the pictures from my p&s sometime in the future. :)

(But, this is probably the last of "good photos" from me until I get a better camera. Sob.)

I had other plans for this entry, but I took these at work today while testing the new Samsung phone and I just couldn't help myself. Dude, the things you can do with cell phones these days. (And as I discovered this morning, my phone not only makes my old LG weak sauce, my camera weak sauce, even my laptop display is weak sauce... wtf I hate technology.)

I've always wanted to take pictures of snowflakes, and this is not exactly it, but every time I see snowflakes I never have my camera on me. I guess I didn't this time either, but I had my phone...!

So I guess this is my first post. Welcome. This is my long debated and finally established "photo blog" where I will grace (or not) the Internet with images I take. I guess as a motivation to get myself to take more pictures (or touch the ones I already took...), but we'll see how long I can keep up. Encouraging comments from readers also wouldn't hurt. :P

(I should be updating pretty frequent from now until the end of April at least though, because this blog is also sorta the product of abuse and harassment from the girl in the second photo. ♥)
